By completing this purchase, you are confirming and securing your vendor space for the event. Your space is not officially reserved until payment has been received.
Please select the booth size you were approved for at checkout.
A few important details:
- Vendor spaces are non-refundable.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth displays, tables and chairs.
- If you need to rent an 8' table, one is available for an additional $10. Please select the table rental add-on when completing your purchase.
- Vendors are expected to remain set up and open for the entire event from 4:00–8:00 PM
- Approximately two weeks before the event, we will contact all vendors with final event details, booth assignments, available setup times and anything else you'll need to know for event day.
- Booth spaces may not be transferred or given to another vendor without prior approval.
